Electronic Apostille(s) E- Apostilles
More countries are now accepting electronic apostilles (e-apostilles). Put simply this means you are now possibly able to get apostilles online. We are registered with the FCDO for e-apostilles. Our e-notarised documents are applied using QES (Qualified Electronic Signatures) which means your documents will be in a fully acceptable format.
Please note however it is essential that you check with the recipient that they will accept e-apostille(s). If yes, please email us the document in question. Please note in some circumstances we may also require the original to be sent to us.
Restrictions
Please note that their on restrictions on e-apostille and not all documents can obtain an e-apostille. Many documents, particularly those issued by the General Register Office (GRO) like birth, marriage, and death certificates, cannot have an e-apostille. This also applies to ACRO police certificates, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates, fingerprint certificates, and ACFA membership certificates
